Our Story

Capital Business Park is a new industrial hub right in the heart of Dalry, North Ayrshire, on the former site of the Z Hinchliffe & Sons factory.

Capital Business Park took over the site in 2017 and has been transforming it into a thriving commercial business centre, with over twenty self-contained units and a large factory unit spanning the seven-acre site.

Our tenants span a range of sectors including automotive, engineering, construction services and environmental industries.
